- Generate and share your referral code ethically

- Promote MitraVeda services honestly
- Comply with all disclosure requirements
User Consent Required
Users must provide affirmative consent (e.g., clicking an 'I Agree' button) to all policies during onboarding. Simply viewing a link is insufficient for compliance.
Prohibited Uses

Fraudulent Activities:
- Create fake referrals or accounts
- Engage in self-referrals
- Manipulate commission calculations
- Use stolen payment methods
- Provide false identity information
Illegal Activities:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Engage in fraud or theft
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Access others' accounts without authorization
Abusive Behavior:
- Spam or unsolicited mass marketing
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
System Abuse:
- Exploit vulnerabilities
- Reverse engineer the app
- Automated scraping or bots
- Overwhelm system resources
Age Restrictions
The MitraVeda Marketing App is strictly for users aged 18 and over. The Google Play Console 'Target Audience' is set exclusively to '18 and over' to ensure compliance.
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- ⚠️ Warning
- 🔒 Account suspension
- ❌ Permanent account termination
- ⚖️ Legal action (for severe violations)
