1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MitraVeda. These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the MitraVeda mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Services Provided

MitraVeda provides AI-powered Vedic astrology services, including but not limited to:

  • Birth chart calculations and interpretations
  • Daily, monthly, and yearly predictions
  • Compatibility analysis
  • Personalized astrological insights
  • Voice and text-based AI consultations

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services
  • That the Services will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components
  • That any specific results will be obtained from using the Services

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

MitraVeda offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features may include:

  • Extended astrological reports
  • Voice consultations with AI
  • Advanced predictions and insights
  • Priority support

4.2 Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

5.2 Content Restrictions

You may not submit, upload, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or other malicious code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by MitraVeda and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Download the mobile application on your personal device

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Astrological Content

THE ASTROLOGICAL PREDICTIONS, INSIGHTS, AND GUIDANCE PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS:

  • Professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
  • Guaranteed predictions of future events
  • Substitute for professional consultations

7.2 "AS IS" Service

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE ASTROLOGICAL CONTENT PROVIDED

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • For prolonged inactivity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the Services will immediately cease
  • Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
  • Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
